You can choose your home from any available website. Once you have selected your dream home, you only need a 5% down payment.

Every month, part of your rent will be saved towards the purchase of your home until you are ready to become homeowner.

Go for the mortgage!
After minimum 3 years, you can buy the property from us. We will help you find the best mortgage for you. Congrats! You are now the owner of your home.
